The Medium Footrest is recommended for skiers 5'0"-5'8". The Large Footrest is recommended for skiers 5'7"-6'3"+. The only difference between the two sizes is the tube length.
The footrest is made from durable and impact resistance co-poly plastic. The ankle angle can be adjusted with quick release clamps and the length adjusts along the horizontal axis with quick release pins. This ensures a uniformly low center of gravity for all skiers.
